Privacy notice

Who is responsible

LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O., ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, Poland, is responsible for personal information processed by this shop. You can reach us through our contact page.

When you buy

We process your email address, chosen edition, pricing market, currency, price, payment status and identifiers, purchase-consent record, and billing information supplied by our payment processor for order administration. Stripe handles card details; our shop does not receive or store your full card number. We use order information to fulfil your purchase, provide support, handle refunds, prevent misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

When you contact us

We use the name, email address, subject and message you submit to answer your request. Your message is sent to our support mailbox, and we send a receipt confirmation to the email address you provided. This does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Please do not send card details or private workbook entries. The form rate limiter keeps a temporary one-way digest of your network address to limit abuse.

Your workbook stays yours

This shop delivers downloadable files. It does not collect the answers you write in your downloaded workbook or journal. No account or online journal is required to use your purchase.

Cookies and optional analytics

An essential checkout cookie helps the confirmation page recognise the purchase made in your browser. It is not used for advertising. A functional pricing cookie, when a price test is active, keeps the same assigned price variant for 30 days. It contains the price variant, not a unique visitor identifier. Your analytics preference is saved in your browser’s local storage.

Only if you allow analytics do we record page-view events with your selected pricing market and campaign tags in the link you followed. With your permission, campaign tags are also kept in this tab’s session storage so they remain connected to your visit when you move between pages or return from checkout. We use these to understand how visitors find the shop. Ordinary page-view counts are not a count of unique people. If a price test is active and you allow analytics, a random browser identifier is saved in local storage and a signed cookie to count unique participating browsers, connect their consented purchases to their assigned price, and compare revenue between variants.

Optional advertising measurement

Advertising measurement is a separate choice from shop analytics. If you allow it, we may send Meta a confirmed purchase’s amount, currency, time and a purchase reference, together with the public shop page, a hashed version of your email address, your browser’s user-agent information and available Meta click or browser identifiers. The hashed email helps Meta match the purchase; it is not anonymous. We use this to measure and improve our ads. We do not include your IP address, workbook answers, archetype results, payment details or private download links in these events.

After you allow this measurement, an available ad-click identifier is kept in this tab’s session storage. We may read an existing Meta browser identifier, but we do not load Meta’s browser pixel or send page-view events to Meta. Your choice and a random consent receipt are stored in your browser. The server stores a hash of that receipt so withdrawing your choice can stop queued measurements for all purchases made under it.

You can change both choices below. Turning advertising measurement off stops it for future checkouts and asks the server to cancel measurements still waiting to be sent under this browser’s consent. A request already being transmitted or accepted by Meta cannot be recalled by this setting; contact us for help with your information. If the connection fails, the withdrawal is retried on a later shop visit. Deleting browser storage can remove the receipt needed to cancel older queued measurements. Declining either choice does not prevent a purchase.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, payment processing through Stripe, and transactional email delivery. They receive the information needed for those services. Meta also receives the advertising measurement information described above when you separately allow it. This shop sends order-related emails; a purchase does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

Keeping information

We retain order and payment records for purchase support, refunds, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. We keep support messages as needed to answer your request and resolve related order problems. We limit access to the people and service providers who need it. Advertising delivery is retried for up to six days and ten attempts. Matching data are removed from the queue after sending, cancellation or expiry; the consent record and non-identifying delivery status remain. Private download links grant access to purchased files, so treat them as confidential.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to ask about data portability where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal duties. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority. See our contact page for help.
