Our 90-day refund promise

If your edition is not the right fit, contact us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the price you paid for it. This applies to both the Ebook and the Complete Kit.

How to ask

Use the address on our contact page. Include the email used at checkout and say that you would like a refund. You do not need to send your workbook answers or justify your request.

What happens next

We locate your purchase and arrange the refund through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the money takes to appear. Download access for the refunded purchase is withdrawn.

If something is wrong

Missing or unreadable files? Contact us and we will help you access the material or resolve the problem. Our voluntary refund promise is additional to any mandatory rights you have when digital content is faulty or misdescribed.
