These terms apply to digital purchases from Into Your Shadow. Please read the description of your chosen edition and the final checkout total before placing your order.

Your digital edition
The Ebook edition contains the English PDF workbook. The Complete Kit contains that ebook, a 28-track audio companion, four personalised 21-day paths, four editions of the same 500 journal prompts, the SOS guide and its phone wallpapers, and a printable technique reference with phone reminders. The four prompt editions arrange the same questions differently; they do not contain 2,000 different questions.
This is a digital purchase for personal use. There is no physical delivery, application subscription, or recurring charge. You may save the files on your own devices and print the worksheets for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files or your private download link.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown in the selected currency. The final total and any applicable tax are displayed before you authorise payment. Stripe processes payment. We provide access once payment has been confirmed, through the order confirmation page and a delivery email sent to the address you supply at checkout.
PDF files require a PDF reader, MP3 files require an audio player, and PNG wallpapers require a compatible device. A browser and internet connection are needed to purchase and download the files. Please keep local copies after downloading.
Immediate digital access and your rights
At checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, the statutory cancellation right is lost once delivery begins. This does not remove any mandatory rights concerning faulty, missing, or misdescribed content. It also does not affect our separate 90-day refund promise.
Refunds and order problems
Contact us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund under our voluntary guarantee. Read the refund policy. If a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, tell us so we can correct the problem. Include the email address used at checkout; do not send card details.
Using the material
The material is for adult self-reflection and education. It is not medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or personalised professional advice. The four patterns are reflective descriptions, not clinical categories. Outcomes vary, and the 21-day format is a practice structure rather than a guaranteed result. You can skip or stop any exercise. Seek qualified support if the material is distressing or your situation calls for professional care.
